I moved to Florida in 1997 as a USAF Pharmacy Technician stationed at Patrick Air Force Base in Cocoa Beach. I was determined to never go back home (Colorado) once I was here. Being 50' from the beach, I enjoyed every bit of my new lifestyle. After completing my active duty, I moved to Orlando in 2000 to pursue my Bachelor's degree at UCF. During that time, I acquired my RE License and worked at several local apartment communities as a Leasing Consultant.

After years as a Leasing Consultant, I moved to the role of a New Home Sales Consultant bringing me to Lake County in 2005. I worked for several of the large production builders such as Mercedes Homes, M/I Homes, Engle Homes, and Park Square Homes. I spent over 8 years in New Homes Sales and understand the building process from the ground up. I'm the perfect partner should you consider a new home and need help navigating the different communities and their individual offerings. 

With my previous background in medical, I decided to leave New Home Sales and pursue a greater venture in Medical Sales. I worked for several years as a OR Medical Device Rep attending laparoscopic surgeries throughout the state of Florida. Then I progressed into a position with a techy Hospital CEO Sales Driven website for many years and covered the Southeastern states. With too much traveling and seeing more blood than I really wanted to, I decided to leave the hospital environment as I wanted to be home more.

Once again, I went back to my roots in Real Estate working for a local broker as an assistant running the brokerage office. Over those years, I helped many clients both list and/or buy a home. Not only have I helped build their dreams, but equally made many friends along the way. Not enjoying the office day to day grind, I sprouted once again and decided to pursue a lifelong dream of mine becoming my own boss. In 2020, I opened my own Estate Sales company. This has been such a great endeavor and I thoroughly enjoy it. Although the liquidation of a loved one's assets can be rather difficult, I really enjoy helping the families in this process. I am fascinated by the historical and antique items I come across to sell. Being in both roles has served me where I can truly help my sellers list and liquidate in a timely manner.
